Pricing & Stock

All stock and prices are subject to availability. All prices are shown in UK Pounds Sterling by default.

Any prices displayed in Euros or US Dollars are based on an average daily exchange rate. When your order is processed, the total amount actually charged may vary depending on the rate of exchange at that time.

All product photographs are used for illustration purposes only and may not represent the exact item received.

Please note that special offer prices are only valid when the item is purchased at the advertised offer price. Exclusive Scents will not offer a refund for items purchased at a higher price when the item was not on special offer at the time of purchase.


Complaints

All complaints will be acknowledged within 14 working days of receipt, although we aim to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be kept informed of all progress throughout the process.

To raise a complaint, please contact us using the details provided in the Contact Us section below, including your order number and a clear description of the issue.

Exclusive Scents will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered beyond the remedies set out in these Terms & Conditions.


Data Protection

In accordance with applicable data protection legislation, we do not supply any of your personal details to a third party unless you have given Exclusive Scents express permission to do so.

Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of processing your order and, where you have opted in, for sending you promotional communications. We will only contact you regarding your order or offers you have consented to receive.

Order Security Checks

Orders may be subject to additional security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of credit or debit card details and full delivery address details. Exclusive Scents reserves the right to cancel any order where this information cannot be satisfactorily supplied.

These checks are carried out to protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent activity. We appreciate your cooperation and patience if your order is selected for additional verification.


Free Items & Pricing Errors

Our website's pricing system may occasionally list products, including bundles, as "Free" due to configuration settings intended to facilitate certain promotional offers.

Please be aware that unless a product is explicitly advertised as "Free" in an official promotion by Exclusive Scents, it is not actually free and standard charges apply. This includes any instance where an item appears as "Free" on order confirmations or any other part of our system due to a technical error. In such cases, Exclusive Scents reserves the right to cancel the order if the product was not officially marked as free in our advertised promotions.

In the event of any other pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or contact you to offer the item at the correct price.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Customers have the right to return their order within 30 working days of receiving their goods.

Where a customer exercises their right to cancel an order, only the product costs will be refunded. We do not refund postal charges. Exclusive Scents will also charge a 20% restocking fee on returned products.

  • All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used and are returned in their original condition.
  • Postage costs will only be refunded if the goods received were incorrect, faulty, or damaged upon receipt. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
  • Returned items must be sent by Recorded Delivery. Exclusive Scents will not cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service.
  • Any returned items must be received by us within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • Any returned faulty goods received after 30 days may only receive a partial refund, depending on the amount of product used.
  • Any goods returned more than 2 months after purchase — whether faulty or not — will not be refunded or replaced, and the returned goods will be disposed of.
  • Please note that 2ml testers are non-returnable and are excluded from our returns policy.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods to the original payment method used.

None of the above affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an item that does not match your order, Exclusive Scents will — upon receipt of the returned incorrect item — send the correct item and refund your return postage costs.

If you require a fast replacement, Exclusive Scents will re-charge you for the replacement order and dispatch the correct item immediately. Upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, we will then refund you for the cost of your second order and for your return postage.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have received an incorrect item, including your order number and a description or photograph of what was received.


Uncollected Parcels

Orders returned to us as "Not Called For" by Royal Mail or any other carrier will be refunded the cost of the products only upon receipt by us. Postage costs will not be refunded in these circumstances.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a valid delivery address is provided at the time of ordering, and to arrange collection or redelivery of any parcels that could not be delivered.

If you would like us to re-despatch a returned parcel, a new postage charge will apply.


Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, fragrance notes, and images on our website are as accurate as possible. However, all product photographs are used for illustration purposes only and the actual product may vary slightly in appearance.

Fragrance descriptions and scent comparisons are provided as a guide only. The experience of a fragrance may vary between individuals due to differences in body chemistry, skin type, and environmental conditions. We do not accept returns on this basis alone.

We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue products, descriptions, and pricing at any time without prior notice. Content on our website may be updated periodically to keep information as accurate as possible.


Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Exclusive Scents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Our products are for external use only. We recommend that customers with known allergies or sensitive skin review the full ingredient list available on each product page before purchasing. Exclusive Scents will not be held liable for any adverse reactions where ingredient information was clearly displayed and the customer did not seek prior advice.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

These Terms & Conditions set out the entire agreement between you and Exclusive Scents and supersede any other prior terms, conditions, warranties, or representations to the fullest extent permitted by law.
